Please note, currently our apparel items are made to order. Order processing  and delivery could take up to 2 weeks. If you need an item shipped faster, please contact us at info@piffstixs.com

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our standard and UPS shipping options. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. *USPS is experiencing delays nationwide. We will get your order out the same day as placed, or the next day depending on what time of the day it is placed. The shipping process with USPS may be slower than usual.

For the safety of our staff and customers, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges on items purchased on or after May 14, 2020. 

Please be sure to check your order carefully before submitting and review your confirmation email immediately after placing your order to ensure that everything is correct, as exceptions to this policy will not be made*.
